Full-Stack Engineer - Senior Level

We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise and the ability to contribute meaningfully on the frontend to help us build out a new kind of compute marketplace.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate across the company to deliver systems and features that balance correctness, performance, and maintainability
• Design, build, and deploy frontend and scalable backend services while owning their performance and reliability in production
• Contribute to frontend development using modern frameworks to create intuitive, responsive interfaces
• Extend the platform's reach; build user-facing APIs, AI agent integrations, Slack apps, and new surfaces that meet users where they are
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
• Accelerate development using AI tools and modern technologies to ship high-quality code faster; AI can expedite research and programming, but cannot effectively replace your creativity nor judgement.
• Participate in technical discussions and code reviews, contributing to best practices
• Maintain availability for core collaboration hours: 11 AM–4 PM EST  

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in professional software development including shipping customer-facing web applications.
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript and modern web fundamentals (HTML, CSS)
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning
• Proficiency with Git workflows, code reviews, and collaborative development practices
• Proven ability to implement CI/CD pipelines that enable safe, frequent deployments through automated testing, quality gates, and rollback capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid algorithmic fundamentals and the drive to continue sharpening
• Experience building and supporting production systems built with one of either Go, Rust, or Node/Bun
• Experience building durable asynchronous workflows with Temporal or Kafka
• You freely seek and adopt bleeding-edge developer tooling that force multiplies the capabilities of a single software engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and gitflow
• Interest or experience in GPUs, marketplaces, or exchanges.
• Bonus: Prior experience with event-driven architectures or trading systems
